About Acorn Access

Currently, there are many individuals living with disabilities struggling with the accessibility and the inability to fully participate in society. Acorn Access, a nationally registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, believes that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, should have the right to a fulfilling, independent life. Established with the purpose of providing care support and promoting accessible living for individuals with disabilities, we work tirelessly to improve accessibility and inclusivity for those we serve.

Through the combined efforts of the community, businesses, and government, Acorn Access aims to provide a range of initiatives that facilitate greater accessibility and enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities.

These initiatives include:

  1. Acorn Access Support Grants: Additional support for various needs, including but not limited to essential equipment, home services, and necessary household items.

  2. educational information : eBooks and other resources to better the level of education and understanding of the NDIS for Participants and other NDIS support providers

All complete submissions that meet the eligibility criteria will be considered by Acorn Access. The application form, which must outline the proposed use of funding, can be submitted by eligible organisations or individuals.
